Job Functions

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Recruit and retain top talent by leveraging diverse recruitment channels.
  • Create and execute targeted recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Lead candidate evaluations, screenings, and interview processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to foster a positive experience.
  • Partner with department heads to clarify job requirements and streamline the hiring process.
  • Monitor labor market trends and talent availability to inform strategic recruitment decisions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and develop actionable recommendations for process enhancement.

Office Administration:

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate administrative tasks.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Assist in composing and managing internal and external correspondence.
  • Support facility management and workspace optimization for maximum efficiency.
  • Plan and organize company events and team-building activities.
