About the Role:
This role involves monitoring the transportation process in real-time, tracking delivery punctuality, and ensuring safety and efficiency using GPS systems and other technologies. You will also be required to respond promptly to unexpected situations during transportation, such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic accidents, and weather changes. Adjusting routes and resources as necessary and reporting incidents in a timely manner is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient resource allocation strategies
- Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes
- Identify and report areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a logistics or transportation leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results
