Job Overview
The Junior Sales Executive supports the Senior Sales Manager in achieving sales goals by building client relationships, promoting mesenchymal stem cell products, and providing technical support to potential and existing clients.
This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about advancing their sales career in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the reporting manager in executing sales strategies and initiatives.
2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM records.
3. Provide regular reports on sales performance, feedback, and market trends to the Reporting Manager.
Client Management
1. Act as a first point of contact for clients, compiling and reporting inquiries to the reporting manager.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients as assigned by the reporting manager.
3. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic administrators.
Expertise and Conduct
1. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards within the healthcare industry.
2. Stay informed and be a point of reference for in-depth knowledge surrounding the company's products including but not limited to mesenchymal stem cell products and therapies.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to stay updated on product developments and new releases.
4. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during client meetings and industry events.
5. Possess excellent communication skills to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
