Customer Service Representative

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at TIME's group. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the company's products and services.
**Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a timely manner and ensure follow-up on feedback.
- Update and maintain accurate customer service documentation, investigate issues, and report.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Communicate and coordinate with various internal staff and stakeholders regarding customer orders and inquiries.
- Participate in the implementation of operational, process, and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce order fulfillment issues.
- Maintain good communication and relationships between external and internal stakeholders to improve the order processing process.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in service processes.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to communicate confidently internally and externally.
- Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables).
- Good team player with a positive attitude, able to work well with all levels of people.
- Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin & English.
