  • Data Submission: Submit all data to the Ministry of Health within stipulated timeframes.

  • Communication: Communicate with doctors and clinic assistants to remind and follow up on pending or urgent requests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or relevant fields.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Good communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
