Job Description

Ezypay Pty is seeking a talented Senior Key Account Manager to drive business growth and optimize operations in the Asia region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing key accounts in the payments industry, with a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem and subscription-based business models.

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing client relationships, developing and executing strategic account management and engagement plans, and leading and developing a team of Account Executives in the Malaysia office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and growing client relationships across the Asia region.
  • Developing and executing strategic account management and engagement plans.
  • Leading and developing a team of Account Executives in the Malaysia office.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within clients' and Ezypay's organisations.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling business reviews to clients including data analysis and insights.
  • Continually driving optimization and growth, while reporting to key stakeholders on results.
  • Accurately forecasting.
  • Negotiating commercial arrangements with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts in the payments industry.
  • Proven leadership success.
  • Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem and subscription-based business models.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global matrix environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
