The Role
As a Client Success Advocate, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. This includes working closely with our product specialists to ensure that our clients have access to the latest features and tools available on our platform.
- You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with expert guidance and support to ensure they get the most out of our technology.
- You will work closely with our data-geeks (aka engineers and developers) to make sure the client has full tech support when needed.
- You will develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to boost the value we're looking to add to our clients' organization.
