We are seeking a highly skilled Mill Engineer to join our team at Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mill machinery and equipment.
Main Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Ensure all mill machines are well-maintained for optimal operation, supervise subordinates to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installation of parts and machines.
- Quality Control: Comply with all quality standards practiced in the mill, implement preventive maintenance programs for all plant and machinery, and ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports, and ensure the engineers' logbook is filled for proper shift handover.
- Leadership and Team Management: Possess adequate leadership abilities to lead subordinates, arrange manpower, and assign tasks to subordinates.
- Education and Experience: Minimum degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Able to prepare reports and paperwork related to mill operations, perform immediate troubleshooting when necessary, and possess adequate leadership abilities to lead subordinates.
