Customer Success Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Overachieve Quota tied to territory Renewal and Expansion goals by effectively managing Annual pipeline and customer relationships
  • Understand stakeholders' needs and work backwards to provide tailored support and solutions
  • Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate subscriptions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare Special Terms and create customized offers
  • Sell complicated solutions and communicate complex data security concepts clearly
  • Accurately forecast business growth and share insightful analysis
  • Assist customers with licensing transfers, support tickets, and channel partner support
  • Prioritize workload to meet KPIs and maintain high Customer Satisfaction ratings

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Proven track record of overachievement and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead complex customer requests and escalate within a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in SalesForce.com
