Responsibilities:
- Overachieve Quota tied to territory Renewal and Expansion goals by effectively managing Annual pipeline and customer relationships
- Understand stakeholders' needs and work backwards to provide tailored support and solutions
- Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate subscriptions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare Special Terms and create customized offers
- Sell complicated solutions and communicate complex data security concepts clearly
- Accurately forecast business growth and share insightful analysis
- Assist customers with licensing transfers, support tickets, and channel partner support
- Prioritize workload to meet KPIs and maintain high Customer Satisfaction ratings
Requirements:
- 1-3 years relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Proven track record of overachievement and excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead complex customer requests and escalate within a team
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in SalesForce.com
