- Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts marketing, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
