Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of work experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong understanding of Malaysia labour laws and HR best practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, job offering, and relevant employment documentation.
  • Coordinate and create a pleasant candidate experience throughout the onboarding to offboarding stage.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify their manpower planning needs and provide support accordingly.
  • Maintain active recruitment database and manage employee movements, transfers, and promotions as well as the offboarding process.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Handle staff enrolment for insurance and medical.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate learning programs to upskill employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
