Digital Client Engagement Experts are in high demand at Da Vinci Clinic We're looking for someone who can create a seamless digital experience for our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Engaging with patients and clients through various online channels to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Providing detailed information about our services, treatments, and appointment procedures.
  • Assisting patients with scheduling appointments, rescheduling, or cancellations.
  • Proactively recommending and upselling products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and clients.
  • Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using online communication tools, CRM software, and basic office applications.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

You'll also need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in healthcare administration or customer service are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is desirable.
