We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Support Professional to join our team at MVC Resources. As a key member of our sales support function, you will be responsible for coordinating essential sales functions, managing sales initiatives and projects, organizing webinars and events, arranging travel, and providing administrative support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain presentations, conduct background research as needed, and submit requests for marketing support and IT assistance.
  • Monitor communication channels, report issues to relevant departments, and assist with processing reimbursement requests and reconciling event-related payments.
  • Support sales leadership in organizing and facilitating online and offline meetings, training sessions, and field engagement activities.
  • Schedule meetings, distribute virtual collaboration links, coordinate guest speakers, and facilitate the recording and rebroadcast of webinars.
  • Maintain and manage webinar playlists, support event logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in a direct selling or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Experience working within a multinational and cross-functional team environment, proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
