HR Professional, ASEAN Regional Office

The TIME's group is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team in the ASEAN region.

This role will involve leading human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives and driving organizational change initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Leading the recruitment process to attract top talents for the company
  • Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Overseeing the performance appraisal process and ensuring fair evaluations

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resource and/or Administration roles. Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, recruitment, and employee relations is essential. Knowledge of office administration, procurement, and operational management is also required.
