About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, SEA with Businesslist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the ASEAN region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Negotiate and close agreements with key customers.
  3. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the industrial disinfection industry.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English for regional clients and Mandarin for internal communications.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
