Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, SEA

Company Overview: As a sales leader with Businesslist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Southeast Asian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in ASEAN region.
  • Establish strong relationships with key personnel at assigned customer accounts and negotiate agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Pursue new potential customers and market opportunities through research and market analysis.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial disinfection sector.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a passion for team development and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional command of English for regional clients and Mandarin for internal communication with APAC HQ in China.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
