Sales Operations Lead

RollingPay is a fintech company that provides AI-driven credit solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia.
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Operations Lead to join our team and help us scale our business. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in sales or operations and be passionate about making a real impact.
The Role
This role involves overseeing our day-to-day sales activities and operations, focusing on acquiring new SME clients and managing their onboarding process.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet our acquisition targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our SME client base
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
- Optimize our SME onboarding processes for efficiency
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with our marketing team to align efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong understanding of SME financing and digital solutions is a plus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (required for client communication)
