Talent Acquisition Specialist at Denave with expertise in IT Recruitment.
- Analyse and identify customer's needs and match against Operating system.
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
- Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers.
- Outreach accounts using emails and other channels.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom info etc.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
- Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
- Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
- Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
- Team-Player, Flexible and able to work in dynamic environment.
Minimum 5 years of inbound/inside/tele sales experience. Experience with lead generation and handling preferably enterprise accounts is a must.
- Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in 'Selling via Phone' successfully.
- Must be experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium priced solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
