- You will collaborate closely with our Enterprises leaders, and a talented and sharp team of client engagement managers, curriculum designers, and external subject matter experts from some of the world's leading companies.
- Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver distinctive programmes that meet clients' digital talent needs.
- You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline according to targets, and providing clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities.
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of experience consulting on engagements/projects with large companies and/or driving enterprise sales and growth, working directly with VP, SVP, and C-level clients at large companies.
- The ideal candidate should be organised and capable of managing a robust pipeline of business development, sales, and partnership opportunities.
- A strong intellect and a passion for working on challenging problems and partnering with clients to solve them are essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will be hardworking and self-motivated, with a strong desire to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in digital and technology landscapes, especially as it relates to digital talent and skills such as software engineering, digital marketing, and data science, would be advantageous.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take on new challenges in a startup-like culture are highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and through written mediums, are crucial for success in this role.
- Management consulting experience, particularly in digital, strategy, and/or HR topics, would be a significant asset.
