Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy for acquiring and managing enterprise-level merchants.
  • Complex Sales Cycles: Drive complex, long-term sales cycles from lead generation through to deal closing, with a focus on customized payment solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers within enterprise organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of enterprise clients, facilitating smooth API and system customizations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are consistently met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding and explaining payment gateway integrations, API configurations, and technical requirements for enterprise merchants.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and successfully close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
