Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Representative focused on high-touch sales to join our team in Malaysia. You will be the face of SentinelOne in Malaysia, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at top organizations in the region.

You will represent our brand with professionalism, expertise, and a customer-centric approach, effectively articulating the value proposition and securing new business opportunities. Your deep knowledge of our products and services, combined with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, will enable you to understand clients' unique challenges and propose tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build a direct sales channel and partner-led solution channels, including managed security services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement successful Lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
  • Accurately report on forecast and pipeline.
  • Drive overall sales growth and excellence in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • BS technical degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of above-quota and high-touch sales experience, preferably selling security solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of current security solutions, such as cloud security, identity security, or endpoint security.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally, with ability to engage technical and business leaders.
  • Enterprise sales experience with a actionable Rolodex of decision makers.
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills.
  • Experience growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving market.
  • 'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance.
  • Prior startup experience.
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of channel-centric GTM approaches.
