Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to sell training services to new and existing clients, identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research. This will involve proposing and leading the organization of webinars on related topics, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partnerships, and attending to existing and potential clients' inquiries and requests from incoming calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  2. Webinar Organization: Propose and lead the organization of webinars on related topics.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partnerships.
  4. Sales and Marketing: Sell training services to new and existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience working in Sales & Marketing, Training & Competency Building sales is also required.

Candidates with relevant experience in sales or business development, especially related to ISO standards or training services, would be an added advantage. You must have good verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as a positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition.
