Sales Description

  • To hit sales targets set by management, including monthly targets, enterprise business partner recruitment, and sales campaigns.
  • To conduct minimum 5-8 partner visits per week, ensuring sales activities are executed as planned and sales productivity is tracked and achieved.
  • To provide timely updates to superiors on sales progress and activity status, and submit weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
  • To stay updated with industry trends and competitor movements.
  • To recruit and train new enterprise business partners in assigned territories.
  • To ensure good knowledge of products and sales processes, particularly compliance policies are clearly communicated to enterprise business partners.
  • To identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration programs.

About You

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields with 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise business, dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
  • Strong drive to achieve sales goals, excellent hunting skills, and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
  • Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A team player, effective communicator, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales presentation abilities and clear message delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
