This is an exciting opportunity to revolutionize cashless parking payments in Kangar, Perlis.

As a key player in our operations, you will contribute to the seamless delivery and execution of parking payment solutions across the country, working closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cashless parking payment systems, ensuring smooth functionality and quick resolution of any issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting payment platforms, ensuring system uptime, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will provide exceptional support to both clients and users by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical difficulties related to the cashless parking system.

You will analyze usage data, trends, and operational performance. Prepare reports on system performance, user feedback, and key metrics to improve service delivery.

Furthermore, you will continuously evaluate and improve internal processes related to payment solutions and platform functionalities, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with parking operators, technology providers, and other external partners to ensure the integration and smooth deployment of payment systems.
