Technical Service Advocate

**Job Role:**
Recooty is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Advocate to join our team. As a Technical Service Advocate, you will be responsible for the proactive monitoring of 24x7 service orders and coordinating service deliveries with various internal service teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively monitor and analyze 24x7 service orders to ensure timely delivery within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with internal service teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Oversee IT-related issues that impact business operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide situational awareness and updates on service order status.
- Daily review of open tasks to ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor service order deliveries to prevent delays and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Act as a control tower for general enquiries, operational activities, and escalations via various channels.
- Provide timely responses and progress updates to customers.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business related field.
- Strong language competencies in English or Mandarin.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in call center, tech support, services, or IT, preferably with monitoring/ServiceNow tools.
- Case management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
