Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Audits and Risk Assessments

Conduct thorough audits and risk assessments of our information systems, including the review of policies, procedures, and controls. Identify and evaluate risks associated with information systems and provide recommendations for mitigating those risks.

Assess and Improve IT Governance

Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT governance frameworks and strategies. Provide recommendations and advice to management on improving information systems controls, security, and risk management.

Develop and Implement Audit Plans

Develop detailed audit plans that document findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Implement audit plans and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Keep up with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to continuously improve auditing practices.

Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification in business, economics, accountancy, information technology, or a related discipline. University degree and relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISM, CISA, CISSP, CREST, GPEN or equivalent).

Experience

More than 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven record in performing IT audits in particular IT security portfolio in sizeable or multinational companies preferably financial services (e.g. banks, payment gateways, etc).

Skills and Knowledge

Good knowledge on IT governance, controls and security, business continuity management, project management, and a good understanding of local regulatory and PayNet's policies, guidelines, and rules. Experience in Data Security, Cyber Security, Security Architects & Information Security Governance, Network Security, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). Information security management (ISMS) audit compliance/governance.

Professional Certifications

Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or familiar with principle of COBIT is a plus.
