Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, timesheets, and change orders.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-control measures are implemented.
  • Schedule Management: Develop project schedules, set timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
  • Site Coordination: Lead site works and inspections, coordinate subcontractors, site works, and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Compliance: Enforce compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout project execution.
  • Team Support: Provide support to team members and fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in project management/engineering or relevant disciplines with 1-2 years of experience in the Coating/Oil & Gas industry.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals at various levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management, site supervision, MS Office, and ERP software such as SAP.
  • Organization Skills: Organized with the ability to maintain proper documentation records.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Optional: Experience in project management for fabrication, coating, and insulation projects is advantageous. Possession of a project management certification is also beneficial.
