Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Educate clients on how to effectively utilize our company's website and trading platforms.
- Communicate with clients regarding our products and services via phone, email, and live chat.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Demonstrate excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess knowledge and experience in FX, which is considered an advantage.
- Showcase strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities.
