We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst to join our customer support team at SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or live chat.
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists as needed.
- Update clients on the status of their technical requests.
- Verify client-submitted documents from specific regions.
- Prepare and analyze reports on technical interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Self-motivated and highly reliable.
