Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior specialists as needed.
  • Update clients on the status of their technical requests.
  • Verify client-submitted documents from specific regions.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on technical interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and highly reliable.
