Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Records & answers to customer inquiries
  • Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • A competitive monthly salary of up to RM3,700 (allowances included)
