A Help Desk Professional is needed at Telecontinent to provide excellent customer service and support. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries
- Records & answers to customer inquiries
- Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
We Offer:
- A competitive monthly salary of up to RM3,700 (allowances included)
- 16 days of annual leave per year
- Contribution to EPF, SOCSO & EIS
