About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share in the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting our products and services to potential clients.
  2. Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Sales Operations: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degrees in Quantity Surveyor / Building / Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in sales - preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Fresh graduates/applicants with sales interest are encouraged to apply.
  • Aged 18 to 35 years only.
  • Proficient in oral and written skills (English & Bahasa Melayu).
