Job Overview
We are seeking an Event Business Development Consultant to join our team at CAVEMAN GROUP. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic event planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development: Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking and marketing activities.
  • Prospecting Skills: Employ solid prospecting skills to identify new clients.
  • Sales Materials: Generate product marketing and sales pitch decks to grow sales.
  • Pitching: Conduct pitching for potential clients.
  • Vendor Management: Assist to source, onboard and draft contracts for new event venues & vendors, and manage relationships and listings data for existing venues and vendors.
  • Customer Service: Settle any and all customer complaints through investigations with Operations team, and develop solutions to satisfy customers.
  • Reporting: Submit end-of-week progress reports to management that detail the week's activities, results, and plans.


Qualifications
  • Experience: Min. 1 to 2 years event agency experience preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Independent, proactive, outgoing, and work well under pressure.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity in AI tools.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Slides.
  • Communication: Comfortable in front of camera (we're ok with first-timers as long as you're open to try).
