About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Dongyang Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and receipts.
  • Developing and maintaining a well-organized filing system.
  • Monitoring accounts receivables and bank reconciliations.
  • Organizing and maintaining documents and reports to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma/LCCI or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
