Job Overview
MESSRS SIM & RAHMAN seeks an experienced Financial Administrator Assistant to manage daily financial transactions, process invoices and payments, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
* Track and manage day-to-day financial transactions
* Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and organized records of financial documents, invoices, and other accounting materials
* Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of SQL accounting system, Microsoft Word, Excel
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Ability to accurately handle financial records, transactions, and data entry
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with other departments and employees
