Job Description

The successful Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the sales team at Rylex Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd. Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, onboarding new sellers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Main Tasks:
  • Assist the sales team with administrative duties.
  • Train and onboard new sellers on J&T Express services.
  • Follow up with customers to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • A Diploma or higher is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must be willing to learn and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
