Job Description
  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Reports to: Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Execution: Perform daily tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards.
  • SOP Compliance: Ensure dispatchers adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures and provide guidance as needed.
  • Data Presentation: Develop and present data summaries using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain an organized documentation and filing system.
Requirements
  • Education: Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the logistics industry is preferred; however, candidates without experience can be considered based on previous employment credentials.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Team Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a participative management environment.
