As a Cloud Solution Architect at BytePlus Pte Ltd, you will play a critical role in shaping our cloud strategy and delivering innovative solutions to our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and develop technical solutions that deliver business results.
  2. Lead the client engagement lifecycle from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and proof-of-concept delivery.
  3. Collaborate with multiple product teams to ensure alignment with client needs and shape our product roadmap.
  4. Maintain post-sales support and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities with account executives.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Engineering degree or higher.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in solution architect or pre-sales engineering roles.
  3. Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Product experience in Public Cloud, Edge Network (CDN), Security (WAF, DDoS), Video Streaming, or ML applications.
  2. Experience working with large enterprise clients in verticals like Retail, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, etc.
  3. Basic to advanced developer skills is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
