We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations & Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team at Stellar Signature. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales growth, enhance brand awareness, and foster customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Development & Execution: Craft and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales of our food menu items, beverages, promotions, and events.
- Loyalty Program Management: Oversee the planning, tracking, and monthly management of our loyalty program to encourage repeat business.
- Local Store Marketing: Identify each store's strengths and strategize to improve sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, operations, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and consistent.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities with the management team.
- Promotion: Plan and coordinate events, tastings, and promotional activities to attract new customers and build brand loyalty.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and sales revenue in collaboration with management.
- Marketing Materials Development: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing materials like menus, brochures, posters, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Staying Current: Keep yourself updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and F&B to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences, including serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B industry, with a strong understanding of food and beverage trends and consumer behavior.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with customers across various channels. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website analytics. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functions at all levels. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
