Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Samsung Electronics Perú. As a key member of our Shared Services Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate and optimize HR processes across business units to drive standardization and efficiency.
  • Provide expert support for HR services, including recruitment, payroll, time and attendance, and learning and development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to configure and implement Workday system changes, ensuring seamless integration with global business needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Perform data loads, troubleshoot issues, and work with IT partners to resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain Workday user assignments, perform data entry, and ensure data integrity throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues, collaborating with others to drive resolutions.

Requirements

  • Possess a degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in implementing or supporting Workday systems, with advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of global change and issues management processes, as well as Workday release management.
  • Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment or BPO industry is an added value.
  • Establish a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance and security-related matters.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough when analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office or other analytical tools, such as Power BI or Python.
  • Experience in handling the Workday Talent and Performance (T&P) module is an added value.
  • Candidate with Workday Certification is encouraged to apply.
