Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth and success.
  2. Design and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  3. Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  4. Oversee performance management processes to ensure fair evaluation and development.
  5. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees.
  6. Assist in creating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  7. Support work permit applications and other statutory requirements.
  8. Participate in general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
