The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration.

He/She will set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Design and recommend employee value proposition to ensure consistency in employee and external stakeholder experience
  • Oversee and deliver all employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns including hiring events and meetups across all divisions to drive candidate engagement and boost Bank employer brand
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders across the bank.
  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all talent acquisition activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
