- Renewal Management: Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth transactions.
Experience:
- A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in customer support, client servicing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email-handling tools is a plus.
Language:
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
