  1. Data Management: Oversee the project database, document control, and engineering software (AVEVA) as the point of contact for data strategy and implementation. Ensure data security, accuracy, performance, and quality by setting up and enforcing data management policies, performing backups and maintenance, and monitoring database health.
  2. Project Insights and Reporting: Leverage BI tools (like Power BI) to analyze project data, identify trends & risks, and create insightful reports/dashboards for data-driven decisions. Identify areas for improvement and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  3. Document Control and Engineering Software Management: Lead document control for Project (EDMS, AVEVA). As data strategy & policy lead, ensure timely document exchange, manage feedback, update EDMS, and collaborate with contractors for smooth project execution.
  4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with departments, present clear data insights, and promote data-driven project management by fostering a collaborative data culture.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years in Engineering Data Management (EDM) or similar role. Proven experience with EDMS, BI, AVEVA, and data analysis tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Oil & Gas and Shared Services preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft BI stack and SAP a plus.

Data analysis & visualization (expertise in advanced calculations). Stakeholder management & coaching. Ability to learn new technologies and solve problems. Independent & collaborative work style. Strong written & verbal communication (presentations).
