Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Coach to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading Scrum Transformation Waves, coaching teams on agile ways of thinking and scrum methodology, and ensuring teams get value from the cadences and are adopting ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Transformation Leadership: Lead Scrum Transformation Waves (up to three teams at a time) from readiness to sustaining phases of the transformation.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach the teams on agile ways of thinking and scrum methodology, ensuring they get value from the cadences and are adopting ways of working.
  • Training and Development: Manage the training for new scrum teams while helping to develop skills during the sustainment period.
  • Change Management: Ensure leaders and stakeholders are aware of the change via the change management strategy and process.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as agile subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring project managers, scrum masters, product owners, and development teams.
  • Backup Coaching: Serve as a backup coach when needed in a different region.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Transformation Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through an agile transformation.
  • Scrum Coaching Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience coaching and training scrum teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in the usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
  • Business Acumen: Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to agile, change management, and software development.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Financial Management: Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change.
  • Change Facilitation: Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders.
  • Regulated Environment: Experience within a regulated environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strict attention to detail.
  • Professionalism: Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work and excel within a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.
