About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our transformation and operational excellence initiatives in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving significant improvements in operational effectiveness, enhancing quality, reducing lead times, and elevating customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead the review and development of operational excellence and transformation strategies to meet the functional and business needs of our healthcare solutions.
  • Initiative Deployment: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive the transformative deployment and implementation of initiatives across the business, focusing on achieving targeted outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Direct and enhance the execution of operational excellence initiatives, ensuring the effective application of methodologies such as 5S, Leader Standard Work, Visual Controls, Risk Management, Change Management, Value Stream Mapping, Strategy Deployment, Revenue Management, and Continuous Improvement Processes.
  • Team Empowerment: Empower teams by providing strategic oversight and expert guidance in the deployment of operational excellence programs across the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Provide operational excellence subject matter expertise in structured problem solving and root cause analysis for continuous improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a strong working relationship and provide ongoing coaching to generate change awareness.
  • Knowledge Management: Lead the implementation and maintenance of appropriate knowledge management within the area of expertise to enable success in future projects.
  • Personal Development: Manage the development of own skills and capabilities to ensure the right skillsets are in place to continuously improve work performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Professional Certifications: Additional professional certifications, such as CFA, would be an added advantage.
  • Work Experience: A total of 11–15 years of work experience, with at least 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Transformation, or Innovation, is required for this position.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Healthcare Consultancy would be an added advantage.
  • Skills and Expertise: Expertise in Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean, Kaizen), Business Process Improvement, and strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advocate for change.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in contract management, with strong analytical and financial skills, plus an added advantage in culture/change management.
