Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\
  • Previous experience in HR and L&D, preferably in an assistant or coordinator role.\
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, Employment Pass, Work Permit and HR best practices.\
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.\
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.\
