Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth by executing individual and team Annual Operating Plans. This includes driving Sell In and Sell Out in retail, working closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure timely and accurate sales orders, tire supplies, and shipments from factory to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand tire sales from existing distributors/retailers and identify opportunities for incremental sales with new customers.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to secure volume growth through Sell-Through productivity and growth in the white space.
  • Incorporate retail support activities, such as training and technical support, into Operational Plans.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing, pricing, and other relevant information to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of selling experience from a tire/automotive industry or consumer/commercial industry.
  • Proven key account management, selling skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including local dialects.
  • Frequent travel required.
