About You

We seek a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join Xsolla. This role thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and agile environment, passionate about building innovative solutions that make a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to shape product strategy, drive development, and ensure seamless communication across diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management are essential.

You will work closely with game developers, publishers, and platforms to create B2B solutions that empower the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify user needs and propose product development strategies.
  2. Develop and maintain a product development roadmap.
  3. Stay current and prioritize tasks in the product backlog.
  4. Communicate product development strategy to the team.
  5. Participate as a part of a product development team and contribute to building a product culture.
  6. Identify and minimize product development risks, discussing these with the team and stakeholders.
  7. Initiate and directly participate in interviews with the target audience.
  8. Work on improving product metrics.

Requirements

  • Required: 3+ years of experience in the video game development industry as a Game Producer, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
  • Recent graduates with a technical background (engineering, development, programming) and a passion for game development and product management.
  • Experienced Game Designers with a focus on team management.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in product marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead a team.
  • An upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
  • Understanding and application of agile product management methodologies like Kanban and Agile.
