Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our document control procedures. As a Procedures Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all activities related to document control, including technical documents, schedules, plans, and correspondence with client interfaces. Your duties will include saving information in databases to ensure relevance, reporting to management as needed, and ensuring that up-to-date documentation is approved and plans are distributed to the appropriate internal team, subcontractors, and clients.

You will also contribute to optimizing work processes by verifying compliance with project milestones, prepare plans, translate necessary documentation, and manage allocated resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min GCE 'O' Level with credits in English
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in office, documentation, and control
  • Knowledge of procedures used in production process, practices, and concepts in electrical engineering
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
  • Computer Literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Words, PowerPoint, and PDF Writer
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
