Job Title: Business Development Executive

Annual remuneration: RM300,000 and upwards

This role will involve developing and executing strategic growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy Development:
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and target segments.
  5. Go-to-Market Strategy:
  6. Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and market segments.
  7. Customer Acquisition:
  8. Oversee all customer acquisition activities, including growth marketing, channel strategy, and GTM strategy.
  9. Performance Tracking:
  10. Develop and manage customer acquisition budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ROI.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, GTM Strategy, and Commercial Strategy.
  2. Ideal candidates from the Tech, Fintech & Services (B2C / B2B) sector.
  3. Proven track record of driving change management.
  4. Prior experience in growing business segments (SBUs) within a large organization is a plus.
  5. Strong understanding of customer acquisition principles, including lead generation, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
